Project Summary
- The project aimed to enhance the functionality and ergonomics of the kitchen and serving lines at Oakland Elementary.
- A Vulcan Ventless-Mini combi oven was installed to add steam capability without the need for additional hood space.
- Space was optimized by removing old cabinets and adding new freezer and refrigerator units, alongside new pot/pan drying racks in the dish cleaning area.
